The Team
Juan is a nurse and Founder of Luci Medical, with clinical experience spanning mental health, aesthetics, and regenerative medicine. He founded Luci Medical after seeing firsthand that practitioners who wanted to offer more to their patients often lacked the trusted, knowledgeable partner to help them do it responsibly and effectively. Juan leads the company with a focus on education, careful product selection, and hands-on implementation support. He ensures every clinic Luci Medical works with has what it needs to expand their offerings, strengthen patient relationships, and grow with confidence in a rapidly evolving space.
James brings seven years of regenerative medicine and wellness experience to his role as Co-Founder of Luci Medical, where he leads business development and clinic partnerships. Having spent his career working directly in the space, he understands what clinics need from a supplier and has built his role around delivering exactly that. He also heads LuciVet, the company’s veterinary regenerative division, extending Luci Medical’s mission of responsible, results-driven care into animal health. James serves as the primary point of contact for clinics onboarding with Luci Medical, focused on making the process straightforward and the relationship long-term.

Dr. Bafitis is a double board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon with more than thirty years of experience combining surgical precision and compassionate care. Educated at the University of North Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine and holding a Master's in Public Health, he believes medicine must serve the whole person. In addition to training hundreds of physicians and leading medical missions worldwide, he directs Luci Medical's clinical education and regenerative training programs. Dr. Bafitis ensures that every practitioner educated through Luci receives guidance grounded in scientific excellence, ethics, and patient-centered care.
