Juan is a bilingual Colombian‑American nurse and creative who founded Luci Medical to bring light, education, and innovation back into medicine. With a career spanning mental health, anti‑aging, and regenerative therapies, he recognized a gap between patients seeking meaningful healing and clinicians striving to deliver it. Juan’s own transformation—losing over 100 pounds through diet and exercise—fuels his belief that knowledge, perseverance, and compassionate guidance can empower anyone to heal. He built Luci Medical as a platform to educate practitioners and patients alike, ensuring that safe, effective regenerative medicine reaches those who need it most.

James pairs seven years of regenerative medicine experience with a gift for building authentic connections. He co‑founded Luci Medical to unite practitioners, patients, and partners in a mission of whole‑person healing. Having seen loved ones face chronic illness and recovery, James believes the body can regenerate when supported with the right care. A champion of movement and fitness, he lives the values he promotes. James also leads LuciVet, extending regenerative therapies to animals, and approaches every relationship with the grounded compassion that defines Luci Medical.

Kyle is a strategist and operator who drives Luci Medical’s technical vision and operations. With over a decade of experience leading digital transformation in e-commerce and consumer brands—and a track record that includes co-founding and helping scale PuppySpot to an $80 million business—he’s adept at translating innovation into accessible solutions. Personal health challenges inspired his belief that medicine should empower and educate as much as it treats. At Luci, Kyle ensures that every system and tool reflects the company’s mission to guide practitioners and patients toward better health.

Dr. Bafitis is a double board‑certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon with more than thirty years of experience combining surgical precision and compassionate care. Educated at the University of North Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine and holding a Master’s in Public Health, he believes medicine must serve the whole person. In addition to training hundreds of physicians and leading medical missions worldwide, he directs Luci Medical’s clinical education and regenerative training programs. Dr. Bafitis ensures that every practitioner educated through Luci receives guidance grounded in scientific excellence, ethics, and a commitment to restoring vitality.
