These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [County], Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
