We handle clinical education, product sourcing, compliance guidance, and ongoing support. You focus on patients.
The Partnership Process
Most providers want to know one thing: what do I actually have to do? Here's the full picture.
You reach out. We listen. A 15-minute call covers your practice, your patients, and which product category makes sense as a starting point. Start with one service line and expand from there.
Clinical education begins. Products arrive. Clinical protocol guidelines get tailored to your practice. This is where the partnership becomes real.
Your first patients are on the schedule. We're still in the room.
You're running independently. We're still here.
Responsibility Split
The fastest way to kill a partnership is unclear expectations. Here's exactly who does what.
We take these off your plate entirely.
Product sourcing and procurement. We source, vet, and deliver products directly to your practice. No third-party vendor management on your end.
Compliance guidance. Our team develops clinical protocols with regulatory considerations in mind. We recommend your practice also consult with your own legal counsel to ensure your compliance program fits your state and specialty requirements.
Clinical education. On-site sessions for your clinical staff covering protocols, patient selection criteria, and proper technique.
Ongoing support. Reorder coordination, protocol updates, case review availability, and quarterly business reviews. We pick up the phone.
Minimal lift. Maximum leverage.
Designate a clinical champion. One person on your staff who owns the new service line internally. This is usually a physician or lead clinician.
Allocate treatment room time. Equipment needs physical space. Staff education sessions need scheduled time. Plan for a few hours during the integration phase.
Track results and report back. We can only improve the partnership if we know what’s working. Share operational data and business feedback during quarterly reviews.
Handle patient scheduling and payment collection. Cash-pay model, so no insurance billing to navigate. Your front desk schedules patients the same way they do now, with one new intake form.
Clinical Education
“Clinical education” is one of those phrases that can mean anything from a 30-minute webinar to a full certification program. Here’s what it means at Luci.
Partner Training
We come to your practice. Your team learns on your equipment, in your treatment rooms. For practices where on-site isn’t practical, we can facilitate remote sessions and webinar-based education as well.
Every product we offer comes with written protocol guidelines your staff can follow. Updated when product guidance evolves.
Which patients are good candidates, which to approach cautiously, and which to turn away. Providers who screen well avoid the cases that create problems.
Access to our clinical team after setup is complete. Email, phone, and quarterly reviews. You have questions, we pick up. That’s what a partnership looks like.
Clinical education included with every product category. No additional cost.
How We Protect You
Responsible practice starts with knowing who to treat, how to stay compliant, and how to communicate honestly with patients.
Patients who meet established clinical criteria for the specific therapy being considered. Your clinical team evaluates each patient individually using the selection guidelines we provide. Clear documentation, informed consent, appropriate expectations.
Patients with factors that require additional clinical evaluation before proceeding. These cases call for a closer look at medical history, current medications, and realistic outcome expectations. Our clinical team is available for case review when you want a second perspective on patient selection or product application.
Patients who don’t meet the clinical criteria. We provide clear contraindication guidelines so your team can make confident decisions. Turning away the wrong patient protects your reputation and your license.
We vet every product we distribute against applicable regulatory requirements. Every protocol we provide is reviewed for compliance. This is the foundation. It’s non-negotiable.
Products and protocols that meet clinical standards your team can stand behind. Clinical education materials and patient selection criteria are reviewed against applicable standards before they reach your practice.
Your team is confident in the products, comfortable with the protocols, and supported when questions come up. This is where clinical education, on-site support, and ongoing availability make the difference.
Growth happens when the first three levels are solid. When your compliance is clean, your clinical quality is sound, and your team is confident, the rest follows naturally.
Informed consent isn't a box to check. It's a conversation between provider and patient about what a therapy involves, what the realistic expectations are, and what the risks look like.
